For me, it’s definitely the culture, the people, and the team spirit- one for all and all for one. There’s a real sense of support and collaboration, as well as the opportunity to prove yourself, take on new challenges, and grow together with the company.

What stands out most here is the trust. Management genuinely gives you room to make decisions instead of hovering over your shoulder, and that trust comes paired with real flexibility in how and when you work. I feel it in the people too, it's a friendly, easy going team, and Avarda's STAR values aren't just something on a wall, you actually see them show up in everyday decisions and team activities.

Avarda stands for what matters most for me - compassion, collaboration, openness and a true belief in us as people and employees. I often tell people I speak to that there isn't one single person I work with that I don't like - that is unique and something that makes all the difference, especially when we have short deadlines and tough targets to reach - we do it together.
